This is a cabin we will be taking the kids to for overnighters. We hiked around, ate fondu, and I got to meet some cheese farmers with this small home in the Alps. The Dad takes care of the cows, this sweet man Really loves his cows, and the son makes the cheese. I didn't get to hear all the details of how its made cause of the whole French thing, which I don't want to discuss anymore. But they were super nice to show us around their humble home and let us try a slice of a huge round that had been sitting for a year. It was delicious!!

Be careful your lactose intolerance may start to raise it's ugly head. Symptoms may include inability to hear important alarms and sleepiness. I love the silhouette picture.
